Any more body fat than 30%, your chances of becoming diabetic greatly increases. And if you don’t exercise, chances are your more likely to be 30% or get to that point sometime in the future. Eating unprocessed foods, such as organic foods and all natural foods, can greatly reduce the chances of getting this disease in itself. Simply cutting out fast foods and eating more at home is a big dent in the pile, fighting diabetes.
Basically, the combination of poor nutrition, lack of exercise, and a high diet of processed foods is a huge part if not possibly the biggest reason why there are so many diabetics. But the good news is, that simple changes in everyday habits can help you win the fight against diabetes, prevent it, and even reverse it. Even though the first signs begins, studies show the preventing it and even reversing it are still possible through the proper diabetes diet and following simple lifestyle changes. Knowing this empowers you to do something about it.
Many people have fought this deadly disease and have won with flying colors. Some have done all the research necessary to defeat this deadly disease and decided to share their findings.
