Treatment at home
Women can benefit by taking some magnesium hydroxide daily [found in milk of magnesia], while men with prostrate related problems can try a herb called saw palmetto [found in capsule form at your local health store], 1 capsule of this herb daily will assist with easing the urinary problems caused by this gland.
Yogurt – this is a natural food containing lactobacillus hydrophilus which helps prevent bacteria from entering the body and will assisting in preventing and easing urinary tract problems.
